PETER W. GODDU earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law and has practiced law since 1981. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law; business and commercial law, including entity formation and consultation on general business matters; and advising business and individual clients on matters related to financing and loan transactions. He graduated from Manhattan College (New York), and did postgraduate work at Montclair State College (New Jersey).

Peter worked in manufacturing and marketing on the Eastern seaboard and in the Rocky Mountain region prior to attending law school in the Northwest. He is a volunteer firefighter with the San Juan Island Fire Department and a member of the 2010 WSU Beach Watchers class. Peter’s past community involvement includes an appointment by the Seattle City Council to the Seattle Monorail Project during its dissolution phase, a term as elected commissioner of the Woodinville Water District, and service as Plain/Lake Wenatchee Comprehensive Plan Committee member and chairman of the Chelan County Growth Management Act Coordinating Committee. He is a former Rotary president, YMCA board member, and Chamber of Commerce director. Peter was a volunteer firefighter/lieutenant with Chelan County Fire District #9 for 10 years.

Peter and his law partner, Margaret Langlie, are married and have three children and five grandchildren. His leisure activities include bicycling, kayaking, reading and boating.
